Dispatch service is get rapidly developed at home and abroad, especially in the domestic recently; labor leasing is characterized by Employment flexibility, low cost, but with the rapid increase of this group, there have some problems between employees and the organization. Domestic scholars have done little in-depth analysis and few empirical studies, and there is not so clear systematic theory of it. Western scholars focus on Western cases, the workers’ situation they study is very different with the domestic’s. Organizational commitment is a psychological contract between Employees and organizations; organizational commitment contains some elements of corporate identity, reflect what is the dispatch employee’s attitude about the organization. How to effectively improve the organizational commitment of dispatch employees, how to reduce employee turnover rate, how to improve their enthusiasm of working, and how to improve relationships between employee and organization. There are the purposes to solve practical problems through academic research. As the2011Davos Forum, Wen Jiabao, Prime minister of P.R.C., point out that put forward to achieve the longer term, higher level, better quality development is the purpose. Attention to the dispatch group’s interests, is not only to improve the macro-economic status, but also improve the economic quality of this group, it has the practical significance at present.In this paper, though theoretical analysis&empirical research methods, to explore the relationship among the people involvement, organizational support and organizational commitment for the low-lever dispatch workers, Compare their similarities and differences between the formal workers’organizational commitment and Dispatch workers’, as they are working at the same work environment. Analyze the reasons and to seek the ways to improve the dispatch workers’organizational commitment, and inspire their working enthusiasm. At the same time, author attempts to explore whether these have some relationships between dispatch work status and organizational commitment. In this study, SPSS16.0is used for exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and the Lisrel8.70is used to confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that people involvement is in a positive impact on organizational commitment and organizational support. Organizational support plays a mediating effect between employee involvement and organizational commitment.
