Study On In Depth Regional Economic Development Of Luliang County

With the in-depth development of industrialization, infomationization, urbanization and marketization, China’s economic and social development presents a new phase characteristics, structural contradictions in economic development, industry,urban and rural areas and different demands become increasingly prominent, it’s urgently to change the traditional approach. During the "twelfth five-year" period, it’s a critical period for Luliang economic development.Facing both opportunities and chanllenges,we should to deepen the reform and opening-up,to transform the economic developing mode,to accelerate the progress of industrialization and urbanization, to seek new economic growth point.Though there are some comparative advantages in Luliang County renional economic development,such as,location,resources,industry and environment, we still face many difficulties and problems in the economic and social development of the County, such as,underdevelopment, total economy is small, the degree of export-orientation is not high; industry support is weak, industry development quality and efficiency is not high, the development mode is not extensive; urban and rural development, economic and social undertakings development are uncoordinated. The task of transformation of economic growth and adjusting the third industry structure are heavier; Infrastructure facilities is lagging, endogenous development is lack of motivation; the basis of financial resources is weak, the contradiction of fiscal revenue and expenditure are more prominent; ecological carrying capacity is weak, energy saving and environmental pressure is high, how to combine the environmental and livelihood issues while developing the local economy is a problem.Facing these problems,according to the fact of Luliang County,I did some research about Luliang economic development. Such as the situation of Luliang economic development.the development of new industries, coordinating development of urban and rural areas, promotion of urban-rural integration, development of modern agriculture, strengthening the tertiary industry, deepening reform and expanding opening-up.I hope I could contribute my humble force to the county’s economic development by giving some advice on Luliang Economic development.
