In order to develop a modern society of environment-friendly and resource-saving, more and more scholars and business are paying attention to the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. Considered that enterprise has become increasingly concerned about the degree of market demand’s uncertainty and the operational risks, this paper make for further research and discussion about the closed-loop supply chain with risk aversion retailer.Firstly, This paper conclude three areas based on the theory of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, which is closed-loop supply chain network design and optimization, recovery of channel selection and remanufacturing in closed-loop supply chain, pricing and coordination mechanisms. For each part of the research literature status, respectively, the classification is summarized from three dimensions, while recalling the closed-loop supply chain involving risk attitudes. This study provides a theoretical basis and support for the following research.Secondly, this paper considers the effects of different degree of risk aversion on the three models for collecting used products in the closed-loop supply chain. Retailer has different degree of risk aversion to uncertain demand, and we develop three closed-loop supply chain models for collecting used products:manufacturer collecting, retailer collecting and the third-party collecting, in which every retailer’s degree of risk aversion is different and their aim is to maximize their utilities. In those three models, we do comparative analysis of both cases in which the transfer-pay is determined by the manufacturer or get the optimal value. In each case,we analyze the effects of the retailer’s risk sensitivity on the players’optimal strategies. By comparing the product return rate, the retail price, the whole sale price, the profit of manufacturer and the utility of retailers in these models with each other, we find that it is necessary to consider retailer’s degree of risk aversion when choosing the optimal closed-loop supply chain model for collecting used products. With the degree of retailer’s risk aversion changing, the players’optimal strategies and the optimal closed-loop supply chain models would be changed clearly.Thirdly, following the research of chapter2, we do a further study about closed-loop supply chain and select the channel mode in which the manufacturer is responsible for the recycling of waste products, meanwhile the retailer risk aversion attitudes and product differentiation is taking into account. About remanufacturing in closed-loop supply chain, centralized decision-making model and decentralized decision-making model are established.Based on solving these models, we get the optimal retail price, the optimal whole sale price, the retailers’ and manufacturer’Maximum effectiveness. What’s more, this part’s analysis with an example pay attention on the effects of retailers’risk attitude and product differentiation. Finally, this paper point out that the future research prospect of the remanufacturing of closed-loop supply chain when we consider the retailer’s risk factors.
