Local special product, is also called’local product’or’speciality’. It’s formed from some special market area and natural resource or history condition by a long time. It has bright feature and steady quality and usually authorized as a speciality by local people. For example, in our country, the "Northeast" Sambo (Panax, Mink and DeerHorn), the Raisin and Hamimelon in XingJiang province, the Tieguanying in FuJian province and the Puer tea in Yunnan province, all of them have local special products and formed by some special natural condition. Besids, the china in Jingde Town and the silk in Jiangsu and Zejiang province are formed not only by natural resource, but also by history culture. Obviously, a speciality of nature or history should be connected with an area closely. This model of development have a big risk, one success and all success, one fail and all fail. Such as Fen wine of Xinhua village. One company in Xinhua village had a quality problem, also affect whole image of Fen wine. So, we have to think about it. How to use our special advantage to obtain a durative and ground-breaking development for a company, which made a big contribute for local economic development? How to build our competitive advantage? How to develop and express the local special product to systematise?Fortunately, we are under an open and innovative period. The advanced management thought had edified our strategy and train of thought during the30years. Approximately10years, the research of business model in theory group had been a hotpot by social science research. The penman integrates the experience of marketing practices, who thought that the local company which wanted to solve these two big problems, the key was how to build our business model.At first, the paper briefly summarized the actuality research of business model at home and broad through some analysis and appraises of discusses, then abstractly summarized the essence connotation of business model, and build a4d diorama to deeply discuss the feature of business model. As well as how to differentiate the relationship of business model and management model, company strategy. On this base, the test advanced a building theory of business model, which called19Steps. It amply tell us how to build the business model by four angles, as well as value discovery system, value creation system, value implement system, and business model sustainable. From principle to practice, which lay out a way of business model building to establish a theory frame of this paper. Secondly, it’s a first time in our country that this paper advanced the definition of local product and summarized7basic features. Then expatiate on strategy sense and puzzledom of the local product industry. Besides, this paper advanced a building way of local product developing business model. Also discuss the application of19gaits in local product business model through some examples of value discovery and value creation. Finally, this paper analyzes the validity of company business model building theory though the case of Jiuda daily use cosmetics.
