Usually when people come to the intellectual property issues, they tend to think of other aspects of computer software, audio and video products, as well as written works, but very few people linked to our own living in the house or some construction work related to intellectual property. The reason of this myth lies not only the limitations of our knowledge of the intellectual property rights, but also some practical reasons. The development of intellectual property is not long since it was introduced to China. And the real estate industry just started in the early1990s. Our research about them is still in the exploratory stage. The combination of intellectual property and real estate just happened in recent years.Protection of intellectual property rights of real estate involves many aspects, theoretical, and there are many issues to be discussed in practical operation. There still has the necessary to push the research on intellectual property protection of the real estate industry twarder deeper.The article has been divided into four charpers. The first chapter analyzes the process of integration of real estate and intellectual property. Firstly, I introduced the essence of intellectual property rights is to protect human’s creative acts and innovations. Today’s real estate industry has entered a stage of brand competition, and strive to build brand products with core competitiveness, and put great emphasis on creativity and innovation capacity, so their integration is inevitable. Secondly, I described the content about protection of intellectual property rights in real estate includes real estate trademarks, patents, copyrights and commercial secrets of the right.The second chapter analyzes the reality of the protection of the rights of every one, including the problems encountered in legal practice requires further exploration.The third chapter summarizes the problems faced by the real estate industry of intellectual property protection, followded by the protection messurea.The fourth chapter thinks the long-term solution of intellectual property protection is to build the intellectual property protection strategy.
