Under The Background Of Marginalization Of Arable Land Farmers’ Activities And Its Impact On Food Security Empirical Analysis

In the past twenty years, in the Middle East region phenomenon of Marginalization have a trend of spreading to the west. Along with the declining ability of the agricultural production, farmers will make a different response. Xianning of Hubei is an important commodity grain base, with plain area and hilly area of the combination of the special region, the contradiction of population is outstanding. The objects are behavior of famers and driving factors in the different terrain of Xianning and analysis of peasant household behavior responses to the research in our country the influence of food security. Conclusions are as follows:First of all, according to relevant research progress and theory, this paper expounds the background, research topic selection meaning, basic theory and research progress.Next, constructing the response of the farmers’activities farmland looks background. According to the research progress of farmland looks problems and existing theory, the situation in Hubei XianNingShi looks diagnosis analysis. The study shows that nearly20years XianNingShi farmland in the use process upland and paddy fields all appear three looks phenomenon. XianNingShi the first and the third lasted relatively short duration, the second lasted the longest time.Again, from microcosmic Angle to analyze the XianNingShi looks different terrain of farmland in the space and time of farmers’activities in response characteristics, comparison and analysis of the different terrain farmers behavior response driving factors, confirm the farmers’land response looks, from farmers response degree and the number to judge the research area ratio of the situation looks. The study shows that positive response behavior and negative response behavior coexist in the act of farmers, present the diversification of response. Land use system of XianNing gradually begin to shrink, land of extensive is more and more serious, the land use right of the land circulation caused by restructuring gradually, peasant households of farm land and Labour costs change material input is obvious. Plain region is hilly area of farmers farmers behavior more positive response.Finally, comprehensive index system of food security and food security related factors index system are established, using the canonical correlation analysis method constructing farmer looks behavior and food security response correlation analysis model, the behavior and the food security response relationship between the results obtained.The study shows that the hilly region per capita occupancy of grain are mainly affected by the farmers’investment behavior, the resources use behavior and land circulation, abandoned and returning farmland to the comprehensive influence behavior; Plain area per capita occupancy of grain are mainly affected by the planting behavior, the resources use behavior and land circulation of the comprehensive influence behavior. Response behavior of peasant household land mobility in a certain extent guaranteed the area stable grain production, and hilly area, abandoned farmland and the food crops sowing area rapid reduce, investment behavior reduction, hilly area is not sufficient resources and unreasonable makes use of yield per unit area no growth in the region and space food security lower contribution. Plain region, the farmers to plant behavior change the planting structure changes, multiple crop index continues to decline, rich in resources but failed to fully reasonable use can reduce food production.
