Based on the transaction cost theory, value chain theory and the internal marketing theory,andalso two typical cases of Han steel model and Haier market chain, this paper studied in depth about howcoal enterprises should execute internal market management. The purpose of this paper is to constructenterprise interior market management system in line with the actual situation of Yungaishan No.2coalmine, and try to find the management law for the enterprise, especially for the coal enterprise whichexecutes internal market, In order to give some contribution to those enterprise which can optimize andimprove their internal market management and provide the corresponding theoretical guidance andpractical exploration.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:Chapter1introduced the research background, purpose, and significance, evaluated the foreignand domestic research status and studied the method and technical route of this paper.Chapter2elaborated the connotation of enterprise interior market, reviewed the related theoryand research on the enterprise internal market: transaction cost theory, value chain theory and the theory ofinternal marketing, and studied two typical enterprises which successfully executed internal marketmanagement.Chapter3elaborated several key issues based on the above theory to implement the managementof the internal market on the basis of practice.Chapter4discussed the construction of internal market management platform in YungaishanNo.2coal mine, mainly include the construction of internal market system preparation, thought preparationand scheme preparation, business subdivision and internal market formation, market subject classificationand operation, the construction of management system, measuring system, accounting system and pricesystem of system.Chapter5the research discusses the limitations of the study and directions for future research.This research tries hard to summarize and internal market of enterprise management on the basisof the theory, put forward with reference implementation plan for the relevant enterprises to implementinternal market management form theory to practice.
