With the rapid development of tourism and the Increasing of homogeneous products, tourists begin to feel aesthetic fatigue and boredom, and with the increased disposable income and working pressure, there demands are more diversified and personalized, then coupled with intense competition between the tourism, the tourism enterprises begin to pay close attention to the development of Tourism, find, choice and innovative differentiate tourism products, and strive to gain a leading position in the competition and reap excessive profits. Since each kind of tourism has its own particular form, consumer and existence space, so not all types can win in the competition and get long-term development. Of all factors that affect the tourism format innovation, tourism consumer behavior factor play a most important role. Tourists is the audience of the brand and product and the cornerstone of all marketing, it is the scientific basis of developing tourism market and participating in tourism destination development, planning, marketing strategy, so the premise of innovating travel format is that how to seize tourists, dig out the new demand, and predict the new trends of the tourism format. In order to occupy the industry markets gaps and successfully open up the new "blue ocean" of the tourism, innovating tourism format based on the perspective of tourist behavior theory can not only enrich the related theoretical research to achieve its theoretical value, but also has its important practical significance. It can guide rational consumption of tourists, meet the diverse and individual needs, and provide new ideas for the development of enterprises, enhance their competitiveness, also can reveal the trend of the development of tourism industry, guide its healthy development."Impression· Liu Sanjie" forms by Li Jiang scenery, Guang xi minority culture and modern sound, light, stage technology etc, it realizes the perfect combination on the cultural industry, the creative industry and the traditional tourism, has been the latest landscape virtual show in the world. It leads a commercial boom of tourism industrial convergence mode, such as "impression· West Lake"," impression· Li Jiang" and "impression· Hainan Island" etc, tourism convergence mode shows for tourists as the new format.By reviewing and summarizing the literatures of domestic and foreign tourism industry, first, the article finds the tourism research blank and the new research perspective about tourism which is the theory of tourists’behavior to innovate tourism industry. Then studies relationship of the tourist’s behavior and tourism formats through the application of the tourist behavior theory and the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and case analysis. The last, researches innovative way of travel formats and applicants the research results according to the development trend of tourist’s behavior. Take Guilin "impression, Liu· Sanjie" as an example, through analyzing the existing tourism formats and tourists behavior questionnaire, master tourists behavior trend, and then put forward "impression· Liu SanJie" tourist format innovative countermeasures. The main content of the study are as follows:1. By the tourism theoretical research and empirical research, the article summarizes the current research status and research gaps, and then finds the new perspective of tourism industry to provide a theoretical basis for the innovation of tourism format.2. Through establishing interaction mechanism between tourists and tourism, the article study that how the tourist behavior Influences tourism format in external circumstances? What the change of tourism format leads to tourist behavior? How is the interaction between them?3. Through analyzing tourist behavior feature and development trend, the article finds out the innovation basis of tourist format by their external features and internal performance.4. Take "impression· Liu SanJie" as an example, the article analysis’s the current situation, looks for tourists behavioral characteristics by tourist behavior questionnaire survey, and then provides innovation countermeasures for "impression· Liu SanJie".
