Under the trend of economic globalization,Currency Internationalization become a major issue that every country concern to.In the recent years,with the economic strength strong and the political status rise,RMB also sought to higher international status to match that.At the same time,the international community called on china to be a member fo the international monetary system in order to deal with the financial crisis after the world economic crisis erupted.We can say that RMB Inernationalization is the objective requirement of the internal and external environment.In fact,RMB Internalization has already begun to be widely discussed since the early90s, but which stays on the theory research stage.We can’t research the cross-border yuan trade settlement or RMB Inernationalization problem deviate from the capital account opening problem.Since our country’s current account achieved convertible in the1996year,our country has been holding the cautious attitude in the capital accoun opening due to the impact of the financial crisis.In February2012, PBC representative showed that the conditions of capital account opening become mature and listed the clear path chart of it.In the2011year,the state council promote the cross-border settlement pilot ateas throughout the country.We can say that no matter cross-border yuan trade settlement or capital account opening,they face a new opportunities and situation of development.whice will make further RMB internationalization. With the base on of the predecessors’study and cross-borderTrade yuan settlement,we elaborate the present situation of capital account opening,RMB internationalization,cross-border trade yuan trade settlement and by a large number of date and events,which combie to the latest national conditions and practices. Combining the related theory study,with the research methods of history and logic,and the empirical and normative analysis,from their own operation mechanism,regime arrangement and the effect they paly,we further focuse on the analysis of how they go forward,and how to influence each other,promote each other or how to limit each other because of the lack of the realistic conditions.
