Allocation mechanism is an important financial aspects of enterprise management mechanism, the internal distribution mechanism is reasonable to some extent, affected the business development strategy, but also affect the employee’s enthusiasm and long-term development of competitive enterprises. Over the years, the distribution system of state-owned commercial banks is characterized by a significantly smaller income gap between those results better, more good people are not the appropriate incentives, is not conducive to the staff behind the spur, seriously affecting the Bank’s enthusiasm for work, brain drain, which requires us to pay management system for appropriate adjustments and reforms to improve the Bank staff based on income levels, according to a specific standard procedure, opened the income gap, the real implementation of "elderly allocation" principle. Kim Chang-branch reform and compensation management in the implementation process, there are still some drawbacks, such as reasonable pay structure, pay system, the lack of scientific and payroll lack of transparency and so on.
