Study On Tax-Planning Of H Medicine Corporation

With the gradual establishment of the market economic system in China and the quick development of the modernization process in the medicine industry, there are emerging a lot of large-scale medicine-chain enterprises which play a more and more important role in medicine circulation field. However, as a main part in market economy, a fierce competition was launched to fulfill respective economic profits between different medicine enterprises. As in this case, medicine-chain enterprises need changing extensive development mode which pursues large-scale sale increment, and enhance enterprise core competitiveness by improving enterprise managing level and lowering operation cost of enterprise. Tax-planning is an important method for medicine enterprise to strengthen cost control and to improve competitiveness. A good tax-planning can be effective in alleviating enterprise tax burden, increasing financial income, and maximizing enterprise economic interests, in order to better solve present shortage of funds facing by widespread medicine enterprises, and to promote healthy development of medicine enterprise.In this paper, the tax-planning problems of H medicine corporations were found through the analysis of the corporation financial managing status, and the vertical comparison of the corporation whole tax burden and the tax data in the nearest three year, and the horizontal comparison in the peer industry. According to the problems existing in purchasing, storage and sale phase of the H medicine corporation, a tax-planning program was advised based on the analysis of different tax-planning methods and techniques, so as to improving tax-planning level of H medicine enterprise in financial management. H medicine corporation tax burden was reasonably reduced by tax-planning method given by this paper, thereby lowering the enterprise costs, increasing economic benefits, and improving core competitive advantages of the enterprise.Although this study of tax-planning in this paper was carried out according to the background of large and medium-scale medicine-chain enterprises, the tax-planning ideas is a good reference for the financial managements and tax-planning of other medicine enterprise, which will promote healthy development of medicine industry.
