Financial supervision is an important part of financial management, financial supervision system so throughout the enterprise production and management of the entire process, widely used for business decision-makers to provide real-time, accurate financial data and business data, through reasonable financial supervision and realize the optimization of enterprise capital structure, investment decision-making science to change, enhance the enterprise market core competitiveness, maximize the economic benefits of enterprises, and scientific design, running effective financial supervision mode for monitoring the company’s financial activities, safeguard the interests of shareholders and creditors are extremely important, so the enterprise financial supervision system has the very strong practical significance.Southern photoelectric Metal Company Limited (referred to as the " Southern company") as the two major international scrap metal recycling industry association--American scrap metal recycling industry association (ISRI) and the Bureau of international recycling (BIR) member, its financial supervision settings are according to a modern enterprise financial supervision mode, but still existing supervision system is not scientific, resulting in efficiency low, management loopholes, repeated administration of such a phenomenon, this has restricted the development of Southern company.This article to the Southern Corporation as an example, in its analysis of the financial supervision on the basis of current situation, put forward to establish the financial supervision system of Southern company is necessary, and the combination of enterprises and finance innovation of financial supervision and management supervision system operation experience, the preliminary design of Southern company financial supervision system, the supervision on financial activities in the whole process design, consists of three parts:management oversight (i.e. business sector self-monitoring), professional supervision and external supervision, through the circular central--Board of supervisors implementation effect evaluation and accountability system, in order to achieve three levels supervision connection and integration. In order to make the change system can be implemented, this study proposed Southern company financial supervision system operation security, optimize industry executive circulation system of supervision of the operation environment, cultivating and establishing incentive mechanism, establish an efficient information system, and introduces the performance evaluation system of financial supervision. Finally, the financial supervision system using effect are summarized and prospects.
