Finally, the idea of construction of the company’s budget management system and obtained the expected results evaluation.At present, although the overall budget management in China has been promoted; the overall effect is not very good. There are still problems for most enterprises in the comprehensive budget management practice, particularly in the budget preparation and assessment. Comprehensive budget management of research and practice is still in constant exploration. Hope this paper can provide guidance for the construction of the MHII comprehensive budget management system.
