With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the rising cost of production, metal stamping industry competition is intense, rely on the main processing, production and sales of low technology, low added value, low quality products,and metal stamping company is faced with the market to decline, lower profits, even deficit closes down. Enterprises in order to survive and develop, have to upgrade, according to market changes and timely adjust marketing strategy, increase investment in research and development, increase the high precision machinery and testing equipment, the introduction of high-tech talent, improve the level of technology, Relying on the patented technology to increase the additional value of products, enterprises can obtain more business opportunities in the fierce marketing competition.This paper takes HY company as an example as the research object, enterprises are facing a serious marketing problem: sales of products is low technology content, low added value, low profits, some even loss of the traditional electronic metal stamping products. By using of STP marketing theory,4P marketing combination theory and Potter competition theory, through of the analysis of the company market conditions, competitive environment and market of existing problems, develop effective marketing strategies, so that enterprises will gradually shift to the main production and sales of high technology content, high added value, high profits of automobile metal stamping products, to enable enterprises to gradually form with leading technology oriented mode of marketing, enterprises constantly expanding market, turnover continued to improve, enterprises towards a healthy, steady development.This article through to the analysis of HY Corporation marketing problems, targeted to develop effective marketing strategies, to select the target market, product positioning, to solve the question of the enterprise market gradually atrophic, customers reduce gradually, continuous turnover decline or even loss, make the enterprise casts off predicament stage by stage, toward the established goal development. For the company facing the same marketing question is a reference value.
