With the social economic development and national strategic importance of information technology, China’s IT industry has been significant development. With the field of IT development, China’s demand for IT technicians are growing year by year, and the gap of our IT staff is currently wide, especially a serious lack of talent in high-and low-end IT industry,which makes the development of China’s IT industry affected. At the same time,,Beida Jade Bird APTECH as the area’s leading companies in China’s IT vocational education and training in the field machine, and is also facing a bottleneck in their own development.To investigate Beida Jade Bird APTECH and its competitors,we found that Beida Jade Bird have four different levels of problems in R&D investment, pricing, distribution channels and marketing channels flied.R&D investment increased year by year, but its benefits comparing to its competitors is low. Increasing R&D investment leads to rising costs, the curriculum is so not flexible enough that causes Beida Jade Bird APTECH no competitive advantage. The management of distribution channels has large,oversight,marketing channels is a single.The article conducts an empirical analysis to study the main factors of the loss affecting students about Beida Jade Bird APTECH stagnant. The results showed:R&D benefits to the group is not very clear, mainly due to the development of product R&D investment,are likely to be competitors imitated. Beida Pricing mechanism of Jade Bird Group is the main reason for the loss of students, which involves the product of the curriculum. Distribution management and marketing management are the major source about the marketing benefits of Beida Jade Bird Group,. In recent years, joining centers often crash, distribution management to be further strengthened management.
