On The Transformation Upgrade Of Private Enterprises In Zhejiang Province

The private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, always in a leading position, play a significantrole in the economic development of the whole country’s private enterprises. Since China’sReform and Opening up, owning to the private enterprises, the economic output of ZhejiangProvince ranged to the forth place from the twelfth place among all the provinces in the country,expanding to a prosperous province of economy from an infertile province of resources in thelast thirty years. The reasons for the vigorousness and rapid development of Zhejiang privateenterprises are its boosted strategy of building a powerful province of innovation and its highattention to the technological innovation’s effect on the promotion of its economic growth.This article aims at exploring the transformational upgrade of the private enterprises inZhejiang Province from a perspective of technological innovation.First, this article tries to summarize and abstract the connotation, major types of theTechnical Innovation Theory and the theoretical research achievements of its correlation witheconomic growth both abroad and home. As an emerging science, the Technical InnovationTheory involves philosophy, economics, management, system engineering, etc. with each subjectstudy the elements, modes and evolution law of technological innovation. On the ground ofreality of Zhejiang private enterprises’ transformational upgrade, this paper aims at researchingand abstracting the Technological Innovation Theory from a perspective of the combination oftheory and reality. And this is significant both to the deepened acquaintance of the TechnologicalInnovation Theory’s importance and to the vision expansion of Technological InnovationTheory’ researches.Second, this paper makes a deep analysis of the development process and the actualcondition of this theory of Zhejiang private enterprises. It also analyses the national andinternational environment and stress to the transformational upgrade of the private economy inZhejiang Province, the difficulties private enterprises suffered during such process, theopportunities and the challenges. Thus the development structure of enterprises’ technologicalinnovation has been clearly figured out. Third, it summarizes and analyzes the successful experiences and existing problems ofprivate enterprises’ transformational upgrade and technological innovation in Zhejiang Province.Further more, strategies and suggestions are put forward on how to successfully realize theupgrade and innovation on the above basis, which holds practical meaning in promoting thechange of Zhejiang Province’s economic development pattern and realizing the strategy ofbecoming a strong and innovative province.
