In recent years, with economy development speeding up and economicrestructuring, the listed companies of Inner Mongolia are acting more importantrole in region economy. However dividend distribution not improved asprofitability, but has declined, dividend-paid rate from47%in2001to15%in2010, Especially in October2008, the China Securities Regulatory Commissionissued the new rule for refinancing and information disclosure of dividenddistribution.First of all, through fully researching the dividend allocation theories atdomestic and oversea and analyzing methods this dissertation set forth thedividend status of china and inner Mongolia listed company in recent10years(2001-2010) and find out the existing problems through collecting andanalyzing the basic data of more than2000in china and22in Inner Mongolialisted companies and indexes.Second, analyze the regulatory status of Inner Mongolia listed companiesdividend distribution and find out the existing regulatory problems of dividenddistribution.Through deeply analysis the western mature market and South Korea,Brazil, Taiwan and other emerging market regulatory policy changes, learntheir regulatory experience and get regulatory revelation.Finally, through analysis the dividend distribution status, existing problemsand the current regulatory status of Inner Mongolia listed companies, putforward some niche targeting measures and suggestions on specific regulatorymeasures and regulatory policies, such as build continuous and transparent cashdividends decision-making mechanism, strengthen the information disclosure,explore the preferred stock system, and create a good tax environment, tostrengthen corporate management, directing investment preferences and builtcredit culture for reference.
