Market tactic is very important for a company. The company wants to raise its competence, to live in the market. Get the more gain. It needs a suitable market tactic. In the thesis I want to solve the problem. Find a market tactic for jeanmueller company southern region. It is the summing-up for my two years study.The author has made the deep investigation on PFC market in the thesis. While the reactive power compensation of products in addition to get better energy-saving effect, also can keep the power system stability. All the new projects need to purchase. Market potential is tremendous. Meantime there are more competitions. A customer is different from another one. It is impossible to do well depend on ix persons. So we must find a market suit our company. It is the first step.Base the STP theory author discussed the solution of market segmentation firstly. We apply the clustering analysis into customer segmentation of security market. We do the job with SPSS software. Then the thesis discuss the market targeting, and positioning. At the end of the thesis put forward plan in the implementation of the possible problems and formulate the corresponding countermeasures, and marketing planning are summarized.
