The current scarcity of water resources and broad use of water resources market, especially in the reverse osmosis membrane market has great use of space. VONTRON as the largest manufacturer of reverse osmosis membranes, will be met a great opportunity for development. VONTRON is currently the largest domestic manufacturer of producing reverse osmosis membrane, under the pressure of the fierce competition from other foreign well-known enterprises; deeply feels the difference from other foreign enterprises and competitive disadvantage. How to do competitive strategy is an important part of future survival and development of relations to the enterprise, same as VONTRON’s ability to achieve the key measures of the world’s leading film manufacturers target.In this paper, I use macro analysis, industry analysis, strategic analysis etc. to analyze the reverse osmosis domestic market developments and trends, foreign competitors, the advantages of using SWOT analysis summarizes the internal environment, their own resources. Summed up companies’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the company is going to meet in the future. Through the summary analysis, this paper considers VONTRON should take the advantage of localization, take low-cost competitive strategy to dominate the market, meanwhile take the opportunity to adjust the strategy, and gradually access the brand awareness, establish a competitive advantage, develop long-term future competitive strategy.Through this analysis, specific measures should be setup to develop the company’s competitive strategy. VONTRON should speed up the introduction of qualified staff, the establishment of the core team, continuous innovation, especially the development of special applications market response. Speed up the construction of the scale of production, and actively introduce foreign advanced technology, scientific management mode, the progressive realization of the mature product scale production, market demand, and high-end product differentiation. Sincerely hope this competitive strategy of the paper could help related products companies in this industry.
