Circular economy demands circular resource and the development of circular resource is powered by the development of circular logistics. However, the majority of China’s enterprises have failed in laying the foundation of circular logistics. Especially, despite so many advantages, wholesale enterprises, without paying enough attention, find themselves end up with a relatively low rate of packaging waste recovery, which plays a negative role in neither their products diversity nor the sustainable development of our country’s economy.Based on the literature review and the survey of Beijing Chaopi Trading Company’s operating status, this article proposed that circular logistics is the new point of growth for the wholesale enterprise to make their way out of the dilemma.Through the literature research and field survey, this paper demonstrated the feasibility of Beijing Chaopi Trading Company developing recycle logistics by using resources recycling theory and cycle logistics theory. And raised three kinds of recycle mode:return load, recycle by special car and recycle by special collection points. Considering the influence factors of recycle mode and actual conditions, build a recycle mode choice model. Then it reached a model selection flow chart through mathematical analysis, which will help the company to select recycle mode according to the characteristics of every sales area. Finally, brings out a practical scheme for the Beijing Chaopi Trading Company to carry out circular logistics.I hope it will play a guiding role in their development way.In addition,8figures and4tables were concluded in the dissertation.
