In our country enterprises , there are technical problem of abuse andineffectively monitor, not only had a negative impact to the community, but also ledto the bankruptcy of some companies. The enterprise is a part of the socialorganization, social progress is inseparable from the development of enterprises.Thedevelopment of modern enterprises can not be separated from technology ,ifenterprises requires the sustainable long-term development , it is bound to theeffective management of enterprise technology, to achieve its mission.
