With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the container multimodal transportation has also developed rapidly. The container transport has been changed from the traditional port operation, port to port, station to station to the development of an integrated network. Because of the development of the overall container multimodal transportation, the inland container multimodal transportation has gradually developed.The inland container multimodal transportation is an important part of connecting international container multimodal transportation and inland cities. We could achieve cost savings and time savings by studying the inland container multimodal transportation and it has important practical significance for the rational cargo distribution and social economic benefits. At present, when studying the inland container multimodal transportation, most scholars generally change it to the shortest path problem, but it is difficult for the shortest path to solving the complex container multimodal transportation. So, distribution of cargoes is fixed by the revised electronic cloud in this paper and then the rational transport modes are chose to transport the cargoes.In this paper, the port hinterland is divided by the correction of the electronic cloud model and distribution of cargoes is obtained by the revised electronic cloud probability density. Finally, we get the overall optimal by transport combinations. The numerical results by solved the practical samples shows that the solved problem is reasonable, which supplies assistant to decision-makers about distribution of cargoes.
