Study On The Jinzhou Aquatic Logistics Optimization

As a coastal city in Liaoning province, Jinzhou has the rich aquatic resources. In recent years, along with the further development of the economy, people’s consumption idea change.From the original foundation food quantification consumption to enrich the varieties of consumption quality.Followed by Jinzhou aquatic products and the improving of the demand for quality. Through investigating Jinzhou aquatic products, we found Jinzhou aquatic products is a kind of simple goods transportation logistics.On the one hand, because of suppliers are composed with farmers and fishermen main suppliers such as retail composition, relatively scattered, have no scale, and can’t guarantee the goods transportation time and service quality is low; On the other hand, because of the lack of professional cold-chain logistics equipment, leading to the aquatic products safety decline, and the damage cost rise. All these reflect the Jinzhou aquatic products is neccesery to optimize logistics distribution.On this background, through reviewing related literatures, this article introducts the aquatic logistics sittuation, analyzes the existing problems, combine with reality to optimizes logistics of Jinzhou aquatic poducts distribution. First, put the dispersed of logistics supply situation of integration, constructing a logistics distribution center in the main producing area of aquatic products in Jinzhou port area. Jinzhou port has not only the rich aquatic resources, and as Jinzhou state-level development zone more active form the logistics park, but also has good logistics infrastructure and conditions. Based on it, this article simply planning Jinzhou port aquatic products logistics distribution center, the integration of resources, improve logistics service quality, with the feasibility analysis; Second, based on constructing the logistics distribution center and put the Jinzhou port logistics distribution center as a starting point.In the article, a window path optimization model is established according to the time and demand of Jinzhou aquatic products market. We optimize the Jinzhou aquatic logistic distribution line through the application of C-W. We can get the feasible Jinzhou aquatic product logistics distribution optimization measures and solutions, and has a certain value for regional development for reference.
