In recent years,the center of economic development in our country keeps awatchful eye on small and medium enterprise.The small and medium enterprisedevelopment is a key feature of transformation which is the mode of economicdevelopment.In a sense,the key of China economic development is how to lead andsupport the small and medium enterprise development.In the underdeveloped area ofGUIZHOU,there are many small and medium enterprises.The scale of theseenterprises is growing.The small and medium enterprise development has played apart in increasing employment,booming market economy and promotinginnovation.The small and medium enterprise development holds the balance of powerin GUIZHOU economic construction. To development small and mediumenterprise,the human resource is very important.The best work of human resource isthe guarantee of enterprise health development.Talent quantity and quality of Thesmall and medium enterprise internal directly determined human capital storage. Mostof the small and medium enterprise HR management are Still in its infancy andexploration.To ensure the efficiency of the enterprise we must proceed turnover andoptimize.For this reason,the GUIZHOU small and medium enterprise must strengthenhuman resource planning,to reply the ever-changing environment and technologicalupdating.In this way,we can take precautions against the surplus of undesirableemployee and the shortage of special skills of talents.The paper study a blank field,which not be explored by formerresearchers.Considering the background of the significance in GUIZHOU small andmedium enterprise human resource planning,the name of this paper is the humanresource planning research of GUIZHOU small and medium enterprise.Firstly,thepaper clean up the concept and intension of human resourceplanning.Secondly,through the investigation,the paper analyzes currentsituation,existing problems and the reason.Thirdly,we propose corresponding policysuggestion.The Research Purpose is encouraging the small and medium enterprise tolook at competition and pressure objectively.Strengthen the formulation andimplementation of human resource planning.Guarantee the small and mediumenterprise human resource planning efficient allocation.The paper combine the management and human resource theory.Innovation issetting up the human resource planning model of GUIZHOU small and medium enterprise.The model can guide the manager draw up correspondingplanning.Through the paper study,we hope the government can provide some assistfor small and medium enterprise. In the meantime,we hope GUIZHOU small andmedium enterprise can recognize the problem in the human resource planning andimprove the level of human resource planning.
