Enterprise Operation Analysis Research

With the development of market economy, the uncertainty enterprise facing is bigger and bigger in the market environment. The internal and external analysts must analyze enterprise’s operation state from their own purpose. Enterprise operation analysis is analyzing and estimating enterprise operation state and development trend through certain methods. The content and methods of enterprise operation analysis is developing, especially after IT technology is introduced, the enterprise operation analysis becomes a comprehensive evaluation system. In the fierce competition market, Chinese telecom operators pay more and more attention to the enterprise operation analysis. They have set up their own business analysis system.This paper’s main innovation is introducing the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, from relative effectiveness aspect to do the analysis. And according to the characteristics of telecommunication business, this paper applies the DEA method to Chinese telecom operators in the analysis of the business operation.Firstly, this paper does the detailed presentation for enterprise operation analysis from the theory aspect. According to the research of the enterprise operation analysis home and broad, this paper summarizes the system of enterprise operation analysis from analysis purpose, subject, content and method. Secondly, this paper introduces data envelopment analysis (DEA) into enterprise operation analysis, from relative effectiveness aspect to analyze enterprise’s operation state. At last, this paper takes Chinese telecom operators as an example, analyzing China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom operation condition of 2008 to 2010 from traditional operation analysis and DEA methods. Based on the combination of the two kinds of analysis method, the conclusion is that China Mobile operation stability is strong, China Telecom’s future growth is good, and China Unicom operation situation is not optimistic.
