Research On Relationship Of Financial Structure And Operational Perfomance Of SME

Small and medium-sized enterprises makes the important force of China’s national economic and social development,promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises keeps the fast growth of national economy and stabilizes the development of society. The global financial crisis of 2008 has caused enormous impact on SME, SME plays an heavy role on national economy. It ensures the moderation of growth of national economy,relieves employment pressure, optimizes economic structure. The research on SME has currently become an urgent strategic mission.This research chooses 54 small and medium-sized companies listed in 2009 as the object of study, takes a deep look into the relationship between the capital structure and enterprise performance.This paper adopts asset-liability ratio to reflect the company’s capital structure, and takes the operational profit as a measure of the performances of small and medium-sized enterprise corporations. In view of empirical analysis result, the author finds ways to solve the SMEs’ financing difficulties when facing fund troubles, and helps to promote the perfecting and healthy development the capital market.
