Research On The Problem Of Production Planning And Control Based On Bidding Mechanism

With the global economy developing and production technology updating continuously, theindividualization and diversification requirements make the market from comparatively stable to dynamicand changeful, for the manufacturing companies, every factory is faced with the global marketcompetition which is continuous variable and cannot be fully predicted. Accelerating the response speedof the market has become the main goal of the modern manufacturing. At the workshop level, enterprisesmust improve the flexibility and agility of manufacturing process. the production plan and control as akey function of the enterprise mangement,which guided the production and business operation activitiesorderly, but the traditional production operation plan and control show many disadvantages,such as lackof considering capacity fully; the deviation of production planning and control phases; weak in low leveland so on. In changeable production environment,the enterprise production order task changes frequently,and also urgent task increase, as a result, the planning and scheduling cannot adapt the these changes.How to establish a scientific and effective plan and control method which makes the production in anorderly way, at the same time, shorten the delivery time, lower the cost, is an worth studying issue.This paper generalized the concept of production planning and control, which occupies an importantposition in modern manufacturing system. The paper studied the production planning and control issueby simulating the bidding behavior in market. In depth analysis of the plan and control model, discussesthe bidding work in the workshop for planning and control the condition, characteristics and feasibility.And then, developed the model of planning and control based on bidding mechanism, pointed out itssuperiority, and discussed its characteristic and the implementation step, and the forming process ofvirtual manufacturing unit. According to the proposed model, this paper forced this issues—biddingstrategies,multi task planning algorithm based on genetic algorthim,the realization of multi-agent biddingsystem function. Combined with the idea of just in time production, designed the push type and pull typebidding strategies, and evaluation strategies. When there are multi tasks need to allocate, there adopt thegenetic algorithm to optimize, in which the chromosome coding based on task sequence, an example isgiven to show the effectiveness of this method.In the last, the paper adopted Guangzhou sheet metal manufacturing Company as an example, whichis to verify the effectiveness of task planning of this system, and given a detailed description of theoperation steps of bidding-based system. compared this result with that of traditional task allocatingmechanism, and confirmed that the bidding-based production planning and control can shorten thedelivery time of the task, reducing the cost,get the near-optimal task planning and scheduling.
