The complexity, the complexity of information transfer mechanism inherent and interest-drivenas well as human disturbance and other factors, led to the decision makers information complexityand diversity. As the difference of the professional background, knowledge and analysis capabilitiesof things, group decision-making needs to consider a wide range of information, which makesteamwork with uncertainty. In this paper, for problems and deficiencies of the current process ofgroup decision-making and teamwork, combined with the characteristics of group decision-making,analyze and research group decision-making and subjective and objective methods, proposed dualinformation decision-making. This paper proposed the concept of dual information on groupdecision-making based on domestic and foreign methods of group decision-making. Then reduceindicators, combined with dual-information, the use of appropriate multi-stage model, and thus selectthe best team combination. Main results are as follows:(1) Consider redundancy of the indicators information of group decision-making, establishmodel to get the weight based on dual-information. Then get the attribute reduction bydual-information, making the most beneficial part of the reduction attribute.(2) Consider the dual-information to obtain attribute weights by prospect theory based on groupmulti-attribute reduction.(3) Determine the incentive factors by goal programming model in the evaluate procession;reflect the dynamic development level of objects being evaluated. Then obtain evaluation of dynamicdecision making.(4) Consider selecting cooperation team, proposes a morel of dual-information. Then choosethe best cooperation team considering individual index and cooperative index.Examples are given for the problems; they prove the models are useful. It’s good for researchesfurther.
