Study On The Land Use Efficiency In Xifeng District Of Qing Yang Based On The TOPSIS Method

In the wake of western strategy practice, Qingyang as one of theimportant city of Gansu province, where faced with rapid development ofurbanization,so the reasonable use to land resources has become thecontent of uncleus. It is necessary to meet the demand ofsocio-economic,as well as achieve optimal allocation of resources, In thesustainable development theory and the scientific concept of developmentunder the guidance of land use efficiency evaluation and provide asolution basis for the realization of land use economic, social, ecologicaland environmental development.Based on the background mentioned above, this paper learning thereference to related theories and researches,and clear understanding ofland use status of Xifeng district. Then takes the land-use date andeconomic-efficiency、social-efficiency ecological-efficiency as a study.At first, begins with the concept of sustainable development. Lots ofinfluencing factors are choosed, In order to make the learing results,bythe rough set attribute reduction principle to screene out thses influeningfactors,18factors be reserved, and to set up evaluating indicator systemof land resources, use comprehensive efficiency of Xifeng disteict. Withthe variation coefficient methods, the weight of every index wascalculated, and by the TOPSIS method dynamic changes of land use efficiency in Xifeng district were evaluated and analyzed. The resultsshow that in the studying area, land use efficiency of Xifeng district from1999to2008kept growing year by year. economic and social efficiencieshad the same trend as comprehensive efficiency. While the ecologyefficiency shows the different trend.The results show that the TOPSIS method used by the paper on theregional land use efficiency,it can reflect the land consolidationimpersonality. Limitations due to data availability factors in the selectionof indicators, unable to widely select the influening factors, haveinfluence on the result. Therefore, future research should more fullyselect the influening factors, so that more comprehensive evaluationsystem, make the results closer to the actual situation of the studyingarea,and help to the sustainable using of land in Xifeng district.
