Research On The Relationship Between Social Ecoinomy Development And The Land Utilization In Fuhzou City

Land is the Material basis of human’ living.Land use is the most basic function andactivity between the human society and nature, it’s structure has great influence on thesocial and economic development level,and the status of social economic development onland use is also produced a variety of direct or indirect influence.Since twenty-first Century, Fuzhou city come into the development ofindustrialization and urbanization period.Resources, environment and social economydevelopment is becoming more and more contradictory. In this paper, through thecollection of relevant economic data and land data，I firstly analysis the2001-2010Fuzhou city land utilization, social current situation of economic development process，qualitative description of the relationship between the social economic development andland use changes.The thesis analyze the correlation between17impacts index of land use change andsocial economic and the agricultural land, construction land changes, the result is they havestrong relation. Results are that between the social and economic development andconstruction land growth has very high positive correlation, mainly in the economicgrowth and land supply contradiction. At the same time, the faster Fuzhou city economicdevelopment and population growth, the quicker farmland decreases, the relationshipbetween the supply of land and the development of the social economy become complex,the land supply and demand contradiction is very acerb.Secondly, consider the social economy from the major external factors interfere withthe development state of the land demand, selection of principal component analysismethod and the train of thought and requirements as well as Fuzhou city’s existing data.Analyze the social economic index data from2001to2010by principal componentanalysis by principal component through SPSS.Then get the main driving factor for theimpact of land use change of Fuzhou. On this basis, predict Fuzhou city land forconstruction use and agricultural land from2011to2025through grey forecasting methodand regression analysis method.Then take two mathematical model results from mean andget the land use demand. In2015、2020、2025, agricultural land is1657121.42hectares、 1637266.94hectare and1604724.58hectare, construction land is102753.35hectares、128969.87and158304.03hectare.Finally，consider the influence from major projects in Fuzhou city to the level of landuse, analysis the contradiction between Fuzhou city social economic development and landuse in the future, supply countermeasures and solutions for coordinating the relationshipbetween the social and economy development and land resources.
