Later, the new ruralsocial pension insurance pilot all. Through years of development, remarkableachievements have been made, but there are still some problems.At the same time, inthe insurance regulatory authorities, the insurance industry has been involved instrengthening social development and social management, especially in service nationalold-age security system construction made many beneficial attempt. It has importantsignificance to play from the running of the new rural social pension insurance issuesand sustainable development constraints, as well as commercial insurance capabilities,operating characteristics and advantages of the problem, build the commercial insurancenew rural social pension insurance support mechanisms to promote the continueddevelopment of new rural social pension insurance.This paper put forward questions, to analyze and solve problems as the basic trainof though. Combing the international and domestic developments and related theory,Expounding China’s rural endowment insurance development course and the presentsituation and the full implementation of the new rural social pension insurance system,and combined with a survey of the village of Chongqing, analyzes the main problemsexisting in the practice of the new rural social endowment insurance and restrictingfactors of its sustainable development. Take social support theory and insurance theoryas a theoretical support, analysis the advantage of commercial insurance to participate inthe social security system, the problems existing in the pilot, gain experience in thepractice of domestic and foreign, explore the feasibility of commercial insurance tosupport the new rural social pension insurance system, and put forward the frameworkof the construction of support mechanism, content.
