At present, the situation of our country public transportation development is notsatisfactory, leading to a huge loss of bus passengers. And to the customer as the center,take the customer demand as the guidance, the business philosophy of improve customersatisfaction and loyalty increasingly become mainstream, customers as the deciding factorof the enterprise survival and the development. Therefore, how to improve the publictransport service level, and improve the all kinds of public transport in the share, improvethe satisfaction of passengers and attract more passenger become the first considerationof the bus company.This article uses the latest research results of customer satisfaction, combined withthe bus service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty related theory,discusses the bus passengers of the satisfaction degree of the influence factors, putforward the bus passengers satisfaction model of factors affecting. This article uses thetheory analysis and combination of statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey results,to test this bus passengers satisfaction model of factors.The main research work of this Paper are:1, in the literature research, and on thebasis of analysis of the satisfaction of standard bus passengers influence factors, from thetheoretical level put forward several bus passengers the influence factors of satisfaction.2,according to the domestic and foreign research and empirical study and establish themodel of factors affecting bus passengers and hypothesis.3and the issuance ofquestionnaires, collect data, and by using SPSS11.5and Amos18to analysis andverification bus passengers satisfaction model. Finally, draw the conclusion and putforward the improving of the satisfaction degree of the bus passengers Suggestions.Through the research work, the research conclusion is:1, bus passengers satisfactionis affected by multiple factors, they are passenger expectations, environmental facilities,bus convenience, safety, operation, the perception of value and so on, these factors have adirect or indirect impact on customer satisfaction.2, the results of passenger satisfactionvariables is passenger loyalty.3, Every influence factors also has affect on each other.
