The Study Of China Private Enterprise RTO Cost Effectiveness

Private companies can go to be listed into the stock market through RTO, which isfond as a shortcut way for being listed by pricate companies.This paper is analysed the aspects about RTO by the numbers, which are as follows:First, it classified the cost constitution and the profit source of RTO carefully, built up acost-benefit qulity synthetic evaluation model; second, it evaluated the value of shellresources, and analyzed the long-term performance of RTO, built up the long-termperformance evaluation model with the methods of DEA and regression analysis, basedon which, classfied the risks in RTO that probably exist, advanced some measuresaccordingly and some countermeasures of RTO. This paper took the example of SAIF’sbuying ST*dongyuan, and made a synthetic evaluation about this RTO companybehaviour.
