The evaluation of construction contract management through the formation of theconstruction contract after the completion of the construction contract performance,based on the achievement of the objectives of the contract is expected to perform aswell as construction contract organization and management aspects of thecomprehensive review and analysis, on the one hand assessment of the construction ofthe projectthe level of contract management, on the other hand the timely detection ofproblems and the formation of effective feedback, and to promptly improve andincrease the level of construction contract management. Construction contract toperform post-evaluation after the completion of the work is an important means toimprove the level of construction contract management, but by all enterprises in theconstruction contract management evaluation serious ideological insufficient attentionto implementation of a mere formality, the lack of corresponding research found that:methods of evaluation, evaluation lack of effective screening, construction contractmanagement after evaluation of results are not accurate enough, reaching the desiredobjective evaluation of the purpose of, and can not provide the necessary informationfor the improvement of the construction contract management level, which restricts theconstruction contract management level.In this paper, a comprehensive systematic study of the management of constructioncontracts, combined with evaluation of relevant theory, a clear concept of evaluation inthe construction contract management and evaluation of content. Through research andanalysis to evaluate the status of construction contract management in the industry, toidentify deficiencies in the evaluation of the current construction contract management, and insufficient for this, combined with rough set theory, put forward a new theoreticalfoundation after the evaluation method. The method can not only optimize theevaluation to achieve the purpose of removing redundant indicators, and evaluationresults more accuracy, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the deficiencies inthe construction contract management process and improve the management level.
