Meanwhile，processing trade is also an indispensible content and approach of China’s FDIutilization.In recent years，China is expediting the policy’s adjustment of processingtrade，in order to gradually change its development mode，optimize exportationstructure， restrain over speed increase of low value-added and technologicalexportation，decrease trade friction，relieve the pressing problem brought by hugesurplus，promote the industrial chain to set up R&D and design in top position.intensive development in middle section and marketing service extension in lowerposition.
