The development of thefinancial industry will directly affect the development trend of the world economy.We can not defy the fact that the development of the financial industry can reflect theeconomic development and the development of financial work condition quality of acountry. It will affect the quality of the country’s economy. The banking sector is thefinancial industry pillar industry, which is the core of whole development. With alarge capital bank in the country to improve the allocation of resources, especially theallocation of financial resources, play a pivotal role.Since always, listed companies in our country commercial bank managementefficiency of the problem is the focus of the academic discussion, scholars all standardaccording to different measure of China’s listed commercial bank managementefficiency from different point of view, this paper analyzes different policy advice, soas to raise the listed companies in our country commercial bank managementefficiency, and ensure the healthy development of the listed commercial Banks havemade a contribution.In this paper, the listed companies in our country’s16commercial bank, usedDEA model of China’s listed commercial bank management efficiency measure, andthe difference of the situation further analysis. Through the selection of Tobit modelto measure the16factors on the commercial bank management efficiency of thecompanies listed on the size of the influence degree, and analyzes reasons.Through the contrast analysis, this paper explains the listed companies in ourcountry’s16commercial bank efficiency of differences between the cause, and pointsout the problems in China’s banking industry, and to improve the operationalefficiency of commercial Banks in China are some of my own advice.
