The Empirical Research On The Role Of Xinjiang’s Listed Companies Palyed In The Economic Development

The formation and development of listed companies in the region has a close relationshipwith the development of the regional economic. On the one hand, as the economic mainstayof the market, especially listed companies will play a considerable role in the regionaleconomic development. On the other hand, the region’s endowment of natural resources,economic conditions, industry structural conditions and other factors will influence thedevelopment of listed companies.In particular, the characteristics of the region may becomethe source of the core competitiveness of enterprises. We focused on the role of listedcompanies played in the economic development.In1994, the first listed company emerged, so far, Xinjiang has37listed companies,compared with our national’s development, the level of xinjiang’s economic development isvery slow, the level of securitization is also very slow. The subject of our study is whether thedevelopment of the listed companies can promote the economic development. Firstly,weanalyzed the basic conditions of the listed companies and economic development. Then,Weuse gray relational analysis method to analyze which factor contribute to the economicdevelopment. we analyze from these factors: the size of listed companies, the profits and taxesof listed companies, liquidity of assets of listed companies, the ownership structure of listedcompanies, The human capital of listed companies.Then based on our analysis,we find thatwe should focused on the advantage of the listed company, to promote the economicdevelopment of xinjiang.From this article,we conclued that the quality and number of listed companies havestrong relationship with the economic development of xinjiang.
