With the development of science, technology and economy, enterprises are facing intensifying competitive pressure. Quality of R&D Projects affects the benefits, and brings far-reaching influence on products, technology, effectiveness and corporate image. R&D projects have the characteristics of innovation, complexity, and uncertainty etc., but ISO9001 QMS (Quality Management System) covers quality management process systematically and globally, standardizes the whole procedure of production and management, and emphasizes the process management, continuous improvement, and organic combination of activities and resources. Therefore, it has been a difficult and weak point how to manage R&D projects by ISO9001. As a sci-tech enterprise developed from research academy, SRI (Shanghai Research Institute of Synthetic Resins) takes technical innovation seriously. Therefore it has been a significant task to apply ISO9001 to ensure the efficiency of R&D projects.To begin with, this paper puts forward the flow chart of design and development according to ISO9001 for the innovativeness, complexity and uncertainty of R&D projects,.Moreover, it combines the actual conditions and features of chemical research projects and proposes the ideas to construct QMS (quality management system) in three aspects, including approval, experiment, and identification.Finally, according to ISO9001 and GJB9001A-2001, it designs the procedure and documents and concludes the R&D projects management of SRI.This paper is useful for the management of R&D projects and enhances the success rate, which also provides experience for other enterprises. |
