High-temperature measurement is important in the national primary industries, such as metallurgy, energy, and chemical industry. Currently, Domestic industries often use thermocouple on temperature measurement. This contact-based thermometer is simple and accuracy, but it can only measure the temperature once a point, and it can not measure the two-dimensional temperature field. It is easy to be corroded by the high-temperature object,so it has a short service life.It is difficult to realize a real-time monitoring due to its large thermal inertia. Therefore, it is nece-ssary to develop a non-contacting thermometer which is simple,fast and high precision thermometer, in order to achieve a high field continuous monitoring.In this paper, the two-color thermometry based on the color CCD image sensor is read up, the main error sources of our method is analysed, and a CCD two-colour thermometry which can reduce the temperature measurement by the calibration experiment is proposed. We also propse a arithmetic of filter to eliminate the gaussian noise and impulse noise of radiate image and the noise caused by heat radiator and other environ-ment factor; In order to eliminate the dust smoke caused by the complex high-temperature environment, a method of filter correction to reduce smog interference is proposed.Based on the theoretical research and analysis above.This paper describe the design of a high-temperature field measuring instrumentation, which is composed of an optical lens, a color CCD camera, an image grabbing card, a computer and associated measuring software.Based on the two-color thermometry, the temperature distribution of the measured object can be calculated and then displayed on the screen. A method of automatically adjusting the amount of light is used to expand temperature measuring range of CCD, and blackbody furnace calibration experiments are adopted to calibrate the measurement errors caused by the non-ideal spectrum response character of CCD image sensor. Finally, an attenuation equalizer of radiation is built to compensate measuring temperature errors caused by smog interference.The measuring instrument can measure temperatrue continually,Showing the surface temperature distribution and temperature change curve, giving the value of each point and the maximum temperature, minimum temperature, mean tempera -ture of the measured object surface temperature, storing temperature field information and so on.Tested on an industrial furnace, the results show that, this thermometer meets the high-temperature detecting requirements of industrial production due to its high accuracy and reliability.
