With the development of telecommunication network, Modern telecommunication networks tend to have large scale, sparse topology, and high capacity. Now these concerns have increased in network design and motivated the research in this dissertation. Network design based on reliability constraint or object has widely applied to telecommunication network, computer network, and electric control.The paper first elaborated overseas regarding the computer network reliable research present situation as well as our country in this domain development background, the research advancement and the realistic situation. The computer network in domain application and so on the school, factory, enterprise, bank, traffic, energy, correspondence, military is day by day widespread, as the people daily life, as big is as slightly stable as the national security. Therefore, the computer network reliable research topic has the huge economic value, the social value, and the social benefit.The paper next introduced the computer network reliable related theory, analyzed then fluency computer network reliable many factors, point out the restriction computer network reliability enhanced bottleneck question. Above this foundation, the paper proposed the computer network reliability optimization design concrete plan, established correspondingly the computer network link cost model and the computer network reliability model, used the genetic intelligent algorithms carries on the solution to the computer network link cost model and the computer network reliability model.Based on actual instance of network optimization considering reliability and the advantage of satisfactory optimization method, this thesis presents a new approach of mufti-criteria satisfactory optimization of network subject to reliability constraint. The mathematical model is established and applied to communication network based on reliability. In addition, an improving genetic algorithm is used to search the satisfactory solution. The joining of satisfactory optimization and genetic algorithm can solve the problem of contradiction among the performance indices such as high reliability, low cost and low mean delay of the network.Finally, dependability theory of complex networks application in communications networks was introduced. Dependability-theory of complex networks affects control disaster and optimizing in complex networks.
