Along with the high speed development of modern technology,the means of crime ismore intelligent, more concealed.Security protection becomes the focus question that peoplepay clos attention to gradually.The traditional means of prevention——Artificial patrol modecan not achieve the real-time monitoring,unable to achieve all-weather prevention intrusion,prevention theft, anti destruction.Therefore, installation and application of advanced perimeterdetection alarm system is one of development trends in the field of social prevention.Laserdetection system is a new type of perimeter protection products,and it has the advantages suchas: far guard distance, good system stability, low false alarm rate.This paper mainly completes the laser receiving circuit design, the core plate design anddebugging of LM3S8962MCU timer and a CAN bus communication circuit.Laser antiintrusion alarm system’s decision making system uses the RBF neural network of patternrecognition.In this system, the invasion of the categories are divided into six categories, suchas the human intrusion, large animal invasion, small animal invasion, small birds invasion,large birds invasion as well as other debris invasion.And in order to facilitate the PC judgment,it is of different categories with different code representation.On the six kinds of differentpattern class,it respectively takes30samples, a total of180samples.It use the classifier todetermine each hidden node clustering center, center of variance and hidden node to theoutput node weights.And after the parameters determination, can realize classification andrecognition.Finally, this paper analyzes three kinds of factors (the laser focus, repeatly receiveother transmitter beam and birds invasion)that can trigger false positives, and puts forwardthree corresponding solutions.The design is specifically for the airport, but the system can also be widely applied to theplaces with the airport features as well as the areas which have high protection requirements.Ithas very high application value.
