With the social development and information technology high-speedly grown up, The Internet of Things gradually occupied a new information market. It formed by information sensor equipment, such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), infrared sensors, global positioning systems, laser scanners and make the existing Internet material objects connected to the network. So far, The Internet Of Things did not form a unified standard, so there is a need for improvement and development.EPCglobal’s EPC network is the most prominent influential represent, as a core component of The Internet Of Things, ONS’s research can’t be ignored. The system architecture and work of ONS is similar to the Internet’s DNS, the basic function of ONS is to map an object’s EPC code to one or more URIs, then find the corresponding EPCIS server through these URIs. ONS is the expansion and extension of the DNS, so the security problems encountered in DNS is inevitable in the ONS. Because of the structure of ONS, so it’s vulnerable to all kinds of illegal attacks and can’t guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of the information in the transmission. Therefore, this article proposes a security scheme based on elliptic curve system and used to enhance the security of ONS system. The main works are:(1) Through the draw on the DNSSEC and DNSCurve used in the DNS system security solutions, considering select the DNSCurve program to the local ONS server and root ONS server’s communication.(2) Using the elliptic curve encryption algorithm and digital signature technology based on elliptic curve encryption algorithms, authenticate and secure transmission of messages between the client and the local ONS server effectively. At the same security standard, ECC has a shorter key, smaller amount of calculation and faster processing speed than other encryption algorithms, and speed up the efficiency between the client and the local ONS server.Finally, test the efficiency and performance of ECC algorithm and Curve25519algorithm through the TOSSIM simulation platform of TinyOS. Through TinyViz to observe the intercept transmission packets from two communication nodes and analysis the feasibility of DNSCurve program and space consumption. Through the security encryption program’s analysis and experimental test results in this article, the plan can guarantee safety and efficient work in a whole ONS query.
