With the rapid development of mobile Internet and mobile intelligent terminals, Location Based Services (LBS) emerges in an endless stream, and it is widely used in military, transportation, logistics and other fields, which has brings a great help for the daily life of people. With carrying mobile devices not only people can obtain a variety of services in the application of location based service, but also the LBS can achieve the best route or bus transfer scheme between the current position and the desired position. Thus, Location Based Services plays a good guidance function for people to travel, timely and accurately grasp the direction and efficiency. It can be said that the application of LBS is promoted because of the Internet, and thriving of the mobile Internet!In wireless network the frequent disconnection between client-side and server-side, and any calling business will stop or postpone the data transmission of wireless network, so the slow query and failing information emerge in LBS applications, which influence the rate of LBS application. Combined with the characteristics of mobile Internet and mobile database, the data pre-processing technology is proposed in this thesis. Some queries from mobile clients to databases on server can be transformed into queries from mobile clients to theirs local databases by data pre-processing and sending ahead so as to reduce the time wasted on waiting. At the same time, the strategy of intelligent learning based on historical spatial-temporal data is used to improve the hitting rate for service pushing information, which makes LBS service more suitable to users’requirements.Based on the theoretical knowledge of LBS, we established LBS shopping navigation model based on the data pre-processing.The LBS shopping navigation experiments show that the technology of data pre-processing can effectively reduce the querying time for data access in case of different hit rate; and in the case of disconnect between the mobile terminal and server, the LBS shopping navigation model based the data pre-processing is still able to achieve a valid query, which reduce the dependence on instability of wireless network with less data errors and data resending. It has good stability, and the location-based service applications have potential practical value.In this paper, on the basis of the LBS system the data pre-processing technology is researched and analyzed respectively from the mobile terminal and server terminal.The main works are:·The data pre-processing technique is proposed by analyzing the requesting process of LBS service. The experiment indicates that data pre-processing can effectively improve the query efficiency, reduce the error rate of data transmission.·The pre-processed data is stored in mobile database, and the query strategy based on pre-processed data is analyzed. So the partial queries of LBS are completed on the mobile terminal, which reduce the impact of the wireless network on the LBS query.·The data preprocessing of server-side and the optimization of query sentences at mobile terminals (such as query matching, pruning etc.) can effectively reduce the amount of data transmission in wireless network, reduce the error data and retransmission.·In addition, combined with the nearest neighbor algorithm and intelligent learning algorithm the terminal process algorithm is proposed.
