Along with the popularity of the information technology and the Internet, search engine technology developed rapidly. The traditional search engines provide search results linearly according to users’keywords. However, the natural languages are ambiguous and users’input is always conceptually fuzzy, which lead to the scope of the search results relative dispersion, and users need to spend a certain time to find their interested topic. How to deal with a large number of search results effectively to reduce users’search time?Meta search engine technology is based on the independent search engine, gathers and selects the search results form member search engines, presents the final results to users. Due to the difference among search results, we can cluster the search results by text clustering technology. If search results are organizated into a hierarchical structure and the label is assigned to each cluster, the searching range and retrieval time can be reduce effectively.The main content of this paper is design and implementation of a search results clustering visualization system combining whit the mata search technology. Based on the original results from search engine, the paper firstly proposed an algorithm to cluster search results combined with the user behavior. Then, the paper states the overall structure according to the demand analysis, including the designing principles of the search results retrievals, data preprocessing, cluster formation, user behavior analysis and other main modules. Next, the paper introduces the realization of each main module. The paper also shows the final effect of the search results clusters and the test results for the effect and quality of clusters. In the end the paper puts forwards the proposals and the next research derections.
