With the rapid development of smart phones, mobile operating systems have mushroomed soaring. However, a lot of mobile operating systems have been filtered out by market. From the possession of the market share, the current popular mobile operating systems are iOS, Android, the WP. In order to reduce the cost of mobile application development and short the development cycle of mobile applications, some small micro-enterprises and individual developers seek a solution of cross-platform mobile application development. This solution provides the following two functions. The first is that a program can be deployed to different mobile operating systems, then greatly reduces the cost of the operating system adaptation. The second is that using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS develop mobile applications, greatly reduces the barriers to mobile application development technology. This paper introduces a cross-platform solution, which contains the design and implementation of group purchase system.This paper first introduces background, problems faced by small and medium micro enterprises and some mainstream solutions. Secondly, it introduces essential technical knowledge and requirements of group purchase system. Thirdly, it introduces the design and implementation of each part of the server side and client side, then through test cases, the system is on-line. The last part introduces a summary of this issue and gives a future outlook of it.
