With the increasingly high demand for mobile communications system for the data transfer rate and quality, the existing communication technologies are basically unable to meet the data transmission requirements of future mobile communication. The current data transmission are detained by the Nyquist criteria, on which the etection and decoding methods are based on symbol detection, then the overlap between different symbols is looked as a kind of damage, whichmakes it-difficult to develop transmission rate. This article is based on sequence detection and decoding, which improves the spectral efficiency of data transmission and error performance. At the same time, the existing detection and decoding ways are all based on the minimum Euclidean distance, which also limits the develop of error performance. In this article, a new way of detection and decoding named Statistical Detection and Decoding Algorithm is used. LS code and LA time frequency code are all used as pre-code to verify the performance of the statistical detection decoding algorithm. The following work is built on the basis of meeting the parallel transmission of multi-user information, using OVCDM code as pre-code. The following work using the serial concatenation of Pure-OVTDM and Shift-OVTDM as pre-code, then the serial concatenation of Pure-OVTDM and recursive Shift-OVTDM and the Turbo structure of serial concatenation of Pure-OVTDM and recursive Shift-OVTDM.
