As the fast development of telecommunication industry, different radio network access technologies are being used. In China, there will be at least three different mobile communication systems, TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA and GSM. Therefore, Multi-mode will be the trend in the development of user equipment. However, mutual interference between different systems is the problem must be solved to ensure the communication quality. The isolatioin between antennas and the protection bandwidth are the main factors should be cared about. The relations between them have great importance in the development of user terminals and the spectrum division.The author combined the link level simulation and deterministic calculation to make research. The sensitivity backspacing value was got by the the link level simulation, the isolations between different antennas were got by the deterministic calculation and comparative analysis.The isolation between different antennas was gotten. The results covered three scenarios, the protection bandwidth are0,5MHz,10MHz respectively.
