Research On Network Hot Public Opinion Discovery And Early Warning Model

In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the major role of networkin China’s political and social life has become more increasingly prominent. Networkpublic opinion, as an extension of social public opinion in the network, not only reflectsthe various problems in the reality, but also exerts a great influence on the social reality.Network public opinion, especially hot public opinion has the characteristics of wide rangeof occurrence, dissemination speed, high impact, monitoring technology researching hotnetwork public opinion is the need of network public opinion management, is alsosignificant.From the current view of police work, based on thorough investigation of the Internetpublic opinion hotspot concerns and evolution trend of the police work, the article takes aresearch and discussion on the data acquisition and processing of the broadband Internetand mobile Internet combined with practical work. The main work of this paper includes:(1) The first section, based on police work, probes into the overall design target, structureand the main business processes of the Internet public opinion hotspot concerns analysissystem.(2) The second section probes into the main methods and technological process ofthe public opinion collection.(3) The third section probes into the discovery and earlywarning model of the Internet public opinion hotspot.(4) In the fourth section, establish ofa sensitive word database according to net post activity model, and design an embeddedsoftware of practical hot analysis using the Object-oriented design tools.(5) In the fifthsection, some analysis examples of the Internet public opinion monitoring are given todisplay the realization of monitoring on the Internet public opinion through the monitoringand control platform of the Internet public opinion.
