Software Design Of Real-Time Detection System Oriented Press Mounting

Press-mounting detection technology as an important part of the assembly process detection is widely applied to the transportation, medical equipment, drilling and aerospace industries. Press-mounting aims to meet the objectives of the inspection and test analysis of interference ensure that blending amount of the target object in press-mounting can be controlled in a certain range.In this paper, catheter pressure into seat ring on the cylinder head as the research object, design functional analysis software in real-time detection system oriented press mounting. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the background of the subject and the status of press-mounting detection technique studied at home and abroad are summarized by this paper, gives the whole design of the system. Then hardware design gives the IPC to deal with the core hardware platform architecture, shows the characteristics of each hardware, and gives capture card input and output circuit connection and detection system and external communication connection diagrams.Secondly, paper gives a detailed description about that design of software function in system, selects Fedora9as the operating system and run Qt development tools as the development environment, catheter pressure to the cylinder head seat ring as is the object of study, testing push factors such as stress, displacement, and so on. The paper is in-depth study and design29variety of evaluation of the tolerance window for the process of pressing, used for the evaluation of complex distribution processes, and experiment and simulation of the algorithm; The system is also given of other functional modules, such as collection function module, the user interface module, a database and a communication module, etc.Finally, the entire system for debugging and experiments, and the measured results are analyzed and compared. At the end of this paper, both summary and prospect are given.
