With the development of economy and technology, the ground reconnaissance technology market demand is rapidly growing, especially based on Unattended Ground Sensor (UGS) technique. Because active camouflage technique makes more subtle, active detection is more difficult, or even failure. So based on seismic passive detection technology is gaining increasing attention in recent years. However, at present, more research on target recognition and less research on target location and tracking filer technology has been done in the ground reconnaissance technology based on seismic sensor. Therefore it is necessary to study the location and tracking filer technology based on seismic signal.On the basis of fully research status at home and abroad, this paper adapts the method of simulation and experiment, the target location and tracking filer based on seismic signal is analyzed comprehensively and systematically.Firstly, the property of seismic signal is analyzed and the principle of seismic sensor is introduced, De-noising the acquired signal in filer method and then locating and tracking the target. Then, the working principle and selection of seismic sensor is introduced; at last, field experiment is comprehensive discussed from the aspect of field selection, arrangement, source character, test system and procedure, so as to provide evidence for collecting effective seismic signals.In the thesis multi-sensor array is adopted to locate the target. The location algorithm is based on the time difference of arrival (TDOA) theory which is estimated in the classical generalized cross correlation method, and the impacts of target positioning accuracy of two models are also compared and analyzed. On the basis of differently treating different positioning results, a regional energy weighted locating method is proposed, and then welding and running is analyzed in two conditions, the effectiveness of the algorithm is confirmed.For the location, filtering is useful. Several kinds of commonly-used filtering algorithm are analyzed. Based on requirements of real-time, precision etc. Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is chosen. Then the influencing factors of EKF are comprehensive discussed; according to actual situation, by means of simulative experiment, four important parameters are studied respectively, and the impacts of different parameter’s values on filter are presented, at last the principle of parameters selection is given, and then welding and running is analyzed in two conditions, raise the accuracy.By researching the regional energy weighted locating method can raise the accuracy. EKF can further improve the precision. So the work has some practical value in engineering in this paper.
